Labor Department Plans to Appeal

It was announced during the church announcements period today (Sabbath, September 12) that the U.S. Labor Department had decided to appeal the district court decision in the case of the U.S. Department of Labor vs. Laurelbrook. That earlier court decision was in favor of Laurelbrook.
